  • The suite of IntelliRisk® e-Services is designed to help facilitate every step of the claim process. Customers can report a claim, find nearby care, review claim details, generate management reports or communicate with claim specialists, RMIS, brokers and underwriters.
  • IntelliRisk® Advanced provides powerful viewing, querying, reporting, communication, allocation and forecasting tools. The modular design ensures that all levels of needs are met. IntelliRisk Wireless lets you stay linked to your claim data anywhere, anytime with the help of your PDS or Web-enabled cell phone.  Features include detailed claim information, adjuster activity notes, automated alerts and a "quick search" function by elements such as loss date, claimant name, etc.
  • IntelliRisk® First Notice of Loss (FNL) provides online filing of Workers' Compensation, General Liability and Auto claims, which are automatically fed directly to the appropriate claims handling office.
  • IntelliRisk® Medical Provider Listing (MPL) easily finds nearby hospitals, doctors or other medical facilities through various searches. You can even pull up a map and directions with just a few keystrokes.
  • IntelliRisk NetData® offers two electronic options for standard reports - Internet e-mail and CD-ROM. Data can also be transferred via File Transfer Protocol (FTP) for easy integration into external systems.
  • In addition to these flagship products, RMIS offers the following important services for our customers: Customer Support - A network of highly trained professionals backs all RMIS products and services. Our support staff -- experienced Solution Development Teams, Help Center Coordinators, Technical Support Analysts and Systems Trainers -- works with customers to provide customized solutions. File Transfer/Data Conversion Services - These services allow our customers to access and analyze their complete loss history through IntelliRisk® Advanced and NetData, facilitating a smooth transition from previous carriers and/or TPAs.

Use IntelliRisk First Notice of Loss (FNL) to report claims online using pre-populated data, intelligent routing, and custom questions. Notices are sent directly to the AIGDC claim system for coverage verification and adjuster assignment.
